Beeee-runch!

Today, my Lovely Neighbor, Suz had a little brunch for the girls. She had the day off work, and the rest of us are, well... SELF-employed. :)
She made the most amazing ricotta berry pancakes with a honey syrup from scratch AND bagels with Lox. The ricotta in the pancakes gave them a rich flavor and perfect texture. It was Giada DiLaurentis' recipe. Giada is amazing. That woman CANNOT actually eat what she cooks.
